




Job Summary: A professional to manage all construction project phases—from planning and budgeting to supplier negotiations—ensuring quality and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Manage all construction project phases in accordance with budget, schedule, and high standards of quality and appearance, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders; * Define, select, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers according to the specific requirements of each project; * Prepare internal construction control reports, Cost Plan, Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Scheduling, Provisional Handovers, and Final Account Closure, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Perform quantity take-offs for projects and subsequent budgeting; * Apply for necessary permits required for construction execution. Competency Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction site management roles; * Experience in civil construction, particularly in specialized and finishing works contracts; * Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; * Strong interpersonal skills, client orientation, versatility, and flexibility to adapt to diverse contexts and stakeholders; * Leadership and proactive mindset; * Negotiation skills and results orientation; * Proficiency in IT tools (Office, AutoCAD, Project) and knowledge of English.
