Identify improvements and support daily management **Travel Requirements:** Clients located in the Azambuja and Carregado areas **Availability:** Full-time Smartlog is currently recruiting a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** to accompany and supervise logistics operations across the company's various clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise logistics operations at client facilities; * Monitor operational teams and ensure compliance with defined procedures; * Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions; * Support coordination and daily operations management. **Requirements** * Professional experience in the logistics sector (mandatory); * Experience in team and service management (mandatory); * Experience in operational supervision (preferred); * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Full-time availability; * Personal vehicle for travel between various clients; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
