What the day will look like As a Cloud Engineer you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support various application, products and clients. You will be part of a dynamic team driving the development of highly scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. * Design and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using \[AWS/Azure/GCP]. * Collaborate with Cloud Architects to align the platform's architecture with company objectives. * Establish best practices for infrastructure as code (IAC) implementation and automation. * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment. * Ensure robust security practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance. * Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency. * Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, networking, and application deployments. * Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure. * Implement security best practices, including access controls, data protection, and compliance. * Collaborate with software development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment. * Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience and proven track record of delivering cloud infrastructure management. * Proficiency of cloud platforms like \[AWS/Azure/GCP] and infrastructure as code tools.
