Job Summary: We are seeking a professional passionate about serving guests, managing check-ins, exceeding expectations, resolving issues, and proposing improvements in the hospitality industry. Leadership, organization, and proposal of operational improvements We seek a professional who truly enjoys working with guests, performing check-ins, exceeding customer needs and expectations, resolving problems, and analyzing/proposing improvements. Responsibilities and tasks include: - Guest service, guidance, recommendations, activity bookings, and problem resolution. - Conducting personalized check-ins - Attending to guests via Airbnb/Booking.com apps or websites, WhatsApp - Resolving platform-related issues - Selling and organizing hotel services - Leading and coordinating the cleaning team - Inspecting rooms and ensuring products are in perfect condition - Organizing maintenance plans when necessary, improvement plans - Occasionally organizing bed linens - Providing remote telephone support for the establishment Languages: - Minimum requirement: FLUENT ENGLISH - French or Spanish would be a significant advantage Experience: - Experience in hospitality or local accommodation; however, resumes with experience in personalized customer service within the tourism sector may also be considered.
