Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Operator for our Continente Bom Dia team — someone passionate about food retail and customer service — to support multiple store areas and ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Your role is vital in delivering a positive experience. Here, empathy is key. You must actively listen to customers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Your smile will make all the difference! **Restocking:** Proper organization and replenishment of products are essential to our store’s success. In this role, you’ll ensure shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately. **Fresh Department:** The Fresh Department — including butcher, deli, bakery, fruits & vegetables, fishmonger, and café — is the heart of our store.
