Opportunity to grow within an international premium brand Store Manager – Homecore Lisbon Lisbon, Portugal Full-time Homecore, French premium menswear brand blending minimalism, comfort and strong identity, is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Lisbon boutique. We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, energetic, punctual, and confident to interact with customers and help them choose the right style. Your Mission As Store Manager, you will be the ambassador of the brand and responsible for: * Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs * Leading, motivating and developing the team * Delivering a premium customer experience * Managing stock, visual merchandising and store operations * Ensuring brand image and standards are respected * Administrative management * Keeping the instagram account updated Profile * Minimum 3–5 years experience in retail management (premium or lifestyle brand preferred) * Strong leadership and team management skills * KPI-driven mindset * Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills * Fluent Portuguese & good English (French is a plus) * Passion for fashion and brand storytelling * Organised and rigorous What We Offer * Competitive salary (fixed + performance bonus) * Opportunity to grow within an international premium brand * Dynamic and creative work environment If you want to lead a premium fashion boutique in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities, we would love to hear from you.
