Real opportunities for career progression and continuous training Fixed-term contract (limited duration) Weekly working hours: 30 hours 2790\-045 CARNAXIDE, Portugal Our store is looking for a **Multiskilled Sales Associate**. **Your missions within the store team:** * *Ensure every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience:* * Greet each customer with warm hospitality * Accompany and retain our customers throughout their shopping journey * Provide the best product and service advice to drive sales * Propose Maisons du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov...) * Manage \& process click \& collect orders * Handle cash register operations in compliance with procedures * *Style your store:* * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and implementation of products and new themes to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers * *Be an actor in your store’s success:* * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly implement action plans with responsible managers and the team to achieve targets * Increase sales and conversion rate * *Be a brand ambassador:* * Act as a brand ambassador and represent the brand (be familiar with company initiatives, share them with customers, etc.) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and closeness, join us!
