Your role will be to maximize sales by displaying products in accordance with the company's and brand's guidelines, leveraging your commercial expertise. This role comprises three core areas: VISUAL MERCHANDISING / Responsible for store merchandising in line with chain guidelines; / Effectively promote new collections; / Support the Commercial Manager in identifying and creating innovative commercial initiatives; / Appropriately use store items and mannequins to create visual merchandising; / Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion and merchandising trends. COMMERCIAL / Analyze product Key Performance Indicators and act or react accordingly based on your interpretation; / Responsible for planning all commercial and visual merchandising activities; / Collaborate with management and operational teams to ensure best practices for product displays; / Manage all product-related processes. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / Deliver high-level customer service, adhering to all company-mandated service guidelines; / Offer differentiated customer service supported by expertise in: * New arrivals; * Best-selling items; * Cross-selling; * Alternatives.
