The Jupiter Lisboa Hotel is looking for a professional to carry out preventive maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and infrastructure, ensuring effective management of the Maintenance team. **What we expect you to do:** \- Organize a multidisciplinary team across various areas of a hotel building; \- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and functions for hotel infrastructure and equipment; \- Verify compliance with technical assistance requests; \- Manage the building’s self-protection measures; \- Manage subcontracted services, equipment, and materials; \- Define and control the annual maintenance plan; \- Ensure high-quality service to contribute to guest satisfaction. **The profile we seek:** \- Minimum 3 years’ education and experience in electricity, air conditioning systems, centralized technical management, and plumbing; \- Passion for the profession and dedication; \- Organized, dynamic, proactive, and highly responsible; \- Attention to personal presentation and hygiene related to public interaction; \- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills; \- Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **What you can expect from Jupiter Hotel Group:** First and foremost, you will find a family that welcomes you and is ready to guide and support you in everything you need to grow with us.
