Currently, they seek to recruit a Dining Room Manager to join one of their casual-concept restaurants offering dynamic service in the Docas area of Lisbon. ### **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, train, and motivate the dining room team; * Organize and oversee service operations, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards; * Ensure excellent customer service and deliver a personalized customer experience; * Manage reservations, guest reception, and customer follow-up; * Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash control; * Manage inventory and support operational control; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles; * Experience in team leadership and management; * Good knowledge of English (mandatory); * Strong customer orientation and service quality focus; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and stress management capability; * Dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends).
