We are currently recruiting a **Commercial Assistant**: **Location:** * Lisbon – Branch (retail store). **Responsibilities:** * Welcome, serve, and advise Members/Clients, introducing and selling ACP’s products and services; * Present the best service solutions; * Plan and execute commercial activities aligned with set objectives and sales potential. **Profile / Requirements:** * Strong motivation for the commercial field; * Excellent communication, persuasion, and empathy skills; * Enjoyment of teamwork and direct client interaction; * Results-oriented mindset; * Prior experience in service sales (preferred); * Proficiency in English; * User-level computer literacy; **Terms:** * Direct employment contract with the company; * Approximate gross monthly salary package of €1,350.00 (Base Salary + Attendance Allowance + Meal Subsidy); * Commission-based incentives; * Full-time working hours; * Immediate integration. **Benefits:** * Integration into a nationally recognized group; * Health insurance; * ACP membership fee coverage; * Roadside assistance for personal vehicles; * Discounts at partner commercial entities; * In-home medical assistance (including family members).
