You will analyze the local market to strategically plan and manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations. You will train and ensure store teams are engaged and achieve high performance. You will identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating successes. You will maintain consistent and effective communication with teams, the Area Manager, and Regional Offices, using tools such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys. Regarding operations and cost control, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, building a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and facilities. You will manage controllable costs and seek savings opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares program to ensure a positive and safe environment.
