Join us!** ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Chassis Component Safety Specialist** to work on **Functional Safety**, ensuring that mechatronic systems meet the highest safety standards throughout product development. This position is strategic and involves close collaboration with suppliers, engineering, and validation of critical vehicle systems. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and conduct functional safety activities at the component level * Manage and monitor supplier activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements * Define and negotiate safety requirements for chassis components, including: + EPS (Electric Power Steering) + SBW (Steer\-by\-Wire) + EPB / MGU (Electric Parking Brake) + BSM and other mechatronic systems * Participate in safety analyses (RAMS), including: + HARA + FMEA + FTA + Safety Concept * Evaluate safety studies conducted by suppliers * Ensure completeness of the component's **Safety Case** * Develop and report technical safety deliverables for projects * Participate in certification audits ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in technical leadership and project management * Experience in **Functional Safety (ISO 26262 or similar)** * Ability to interpret and discuss system and component-level technical requirements * Knowledge of chassis systems and mechatronic components * Knowledge of E/E architecture and hardware decomposition * Advanced/Fluent English ### **Tools** * Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Requirements tools (**DOORS, Polarion, PLM**) * Safety tools: **HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA** * Ansys Medini (a plus) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with automotive audits and certification * Practical experience working with global suppliers * Advanced knowledge of automotive system architecture **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
