Effectively and independently resolve incidents and complaints **We are recruiting a Front Desk Manager for our unit in Porto.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and develop the front desk team, ensuring compliance with group service standards; * Guarantee an excellent customer service experience, promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty; * Manage and optimize check-in, check-out, and guest follow-up processes; * Ensure accurate management of reservations, billing, and cash closing procedures; * Effectively and independently resolve incidents and complaints; * Ensure adherence to group operational and quality standards; * Promote teamwork and effective interdepartmental communication; * Actively participate in continuous improvement of front desk procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in hotel front desk operations (mandatory); * Prior experience in team coordination or leadership roles (preferred); * Proficiency in end-user computer applications; * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS); * Strong command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory; * Knowledge of additional foreign languages (preferred); * Professional appearance; * Flexibility regarding working hours and rotating shifts; * Strong customer orientation and leadership ability; * Proactivity, responsibility, and decision-making capability.
