We are currently recruiting for the following position: **Continuous Improvement Manager (M/F)** **Responsibilities:** * Identify opportunities for improvement in production and operational processes; * Participate in and lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects; * Analyze KPIs and propose corrective actions; * Implement continuous improvement methodologies and propose corrective actions; * Collaborate with various departments including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, among others. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; * 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; * Solid knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI or ERP knowledge is an advantage); * Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and results-oriented skills; * Leadership and teamwork capabilities; * Good command of English. **Location:** Espinho **Work Mode:** 100% On-site **What We Offer:** * Job stability and career development plan within a nationally and internationally recognized company in the luxury sector. * Competitive salary. * Attractive additional benefits.
