**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Register the claim on the day the notification is submitted. * Analyze the notification and ensure proper classification of the claim, in accordance with the Policy’s Special Conditions and General Conditions applicable to each insurance branch. * Carry out actions to obtain missing information in the notification that is necessary to process the claim. * Return the notification whenever justified, and record (in writing) the reason for its return. * Schedule expert assessments together with the injured parties. * In cases of work-related accidents, refer injured parties to the insurer’s clinical network. * Inform the beneficiary about the timeframe during which the replacement vehicle will be available. * Initiate and manage legal proceedings for all situations arising from Legal Defense and Protection coverage, and, when necessary, resort to CIMPAS. * Respond to complaints and inquiries raised by Insured Parties and/or Injured Parties. * Provide information regarding the insurer’s decision-making process. * Record the incident and related procedures in detail within GIS. * Perform administrative tasks inherent to the role (e.g., digitizing and archiving documentation related to the case). **Profile** ---------- * Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade. * English language proficiency (intermediate level), both spoken and written. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing several growth initiatives. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Genuine career progression opportunities, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
