BIMMS is currently hiring a BIM Manager (M/F). **Profile:** Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM management, BIM coordination, or BIM specialist roles, and/or document control within engineering environments. Knowledge of BIM management and information management standards (e.g., ISO 19650\). Technical proficiency in BIM software, preferably Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk tools. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Proactive in identifying solutions and resolving issues. Strategic planning capability. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** Define BIM requirements tailored to each project’s specific needs, ensuring they are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. Implement and monitor compliance with BIM requirements across all design and construction teams. Coordinate with the Design/Information Manager to ensure alignment with information exchange protocols and CDE (Common Data Environment) workflows. Perform quality checks on models and information in accordance with project standards and internal company procedures. Conduct clash detection and classify coordination issues, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of their resolution. Create, assign, and track BIM-related issues, ensuring timely responses and model updates. Lead and document BIM coordination meetings, ensuring model development aligns with project milestones and objectives. Support the Design Manager in delivering the overall project across all design phases, ensuring model development aligns with defined objectives and deadlines. Ensure internal consistency of management procedures, processes, and digital tools across different project teams. Report BIM performance indicators to management, providing data to support informed decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, tools, and standards across various projects.
