Integration into a stable team with a collaborative professional environment Description Patient consultation with appropriate pharmaceutical counseling and continuous follow-up; Dispensing of prescription and non-prescription medications, in compliance with current legislation; Active participation in pharmaceutical services that promote community engagement; Collaboration in daily pharmacy routines, including stock management support and space organization; Teamwork, contributing to consistent, patient-centered service. Profile Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and active registration with the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; Interest in developing competencies in community pharmacy and continuous learning; Proactive, responsible profile with strong communication skills; Interest in patient care and ability to integrate well into a team; Strong organizational sense and professional commitment.
