Leads Manager \| Aveiro Responsibilities Receive and manage leads from different channels (website, campaigns, social media, etc.). Perform lead screening and qualification based on defined criteria (interest, financial capacity, purchase intent). Contact leads to validate data and confirm interest, when necessary. Forward leads to appropriate sales representatives, considering location, vehicle type, etc. Update and maintain complete records in internal systems (CRM). Profile Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade. Previous experience in lead qualification, pre-sales, or similar roles (preferred). English language proficiency (intermediate level, spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
