**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
* Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferred);
* Experience in construction management/supervision (valued);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and leadership ability;
* Good communication skills and sense of responsibility;
* Valid driver’s license (mandatory);
* Residence in the Porto region or nearby areas (preferred).
