The team is organized by areas of specialization and activity, enabling each professional to grow and develop competencies while simultaneously sharing experiences across the entire group. **As Controller, your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing monthly reporting on performance and results analysis; * Preparing monthly and annual forecasts; * Preparing annual budgeting; * Monitoring margins and conducting recurring cost analysis; * Supporting the development of business plans and evaluations; * Critically monitoring all processes with a view to continuous improvement. **About You** -------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of PHC ERP and advanced Excel skills; * Strong adaptability to diverse environments; * Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and planning abilities; * Proactive personality with initiative, interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to work effectively in teams; * English (intermediate level of expression and comprehension) and/or Spanish (intermediate level of expression and comprehension). **Competencies** --------------- finance controller Finance **Our Commitment** -------------------- At Cegid, the **diversity of our talents** is a strength we value, recruiting based on your **skills** and your **potential** to learn and grow alongside us.
