We are a passionate team dedicated to creating unforgettable memories for everyone who visits us. **Job Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Night Receptionist to join our team in Peso da Régua. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our hostel during nighttime hours, ensuring guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse situations autonomously and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** Efficiently and warmly conduct nighttime check-ins and check-outs; Manage reservations and information requests both in person and via telephone and email; Ensure guest and facility safety during nighttime hours; Monitor access and respond to emergencies; Prepare breakfast for the following day; Perform light cleaning tasks in the reception and lounge areas; Keep the reception area organized and presentable; Provide tourist information and recommendations about the Douro region; Process payments and close the night cash register; Handle complaints and unforeseen situations professionally and calmly. **Requirements:** Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written; Previous customer service or similar experience, minimum of 6 months; Basic computer skills, particularly MS Office and hotel management or reservation systems; Ability to work independently and make decisions; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Proactivity; Customer service orientation; Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in hostels or youth hostels; Knowledge of a third language, such as Spanish, French, or German; Basic first aid knowledge; Residence in the Douro or Vila Real region. **Benefits:** Competitive salary and night shift supplement; Opportunities for continuous training; Welcoming and multicultural work environment; Discounts on stays at partner network properties; Meals included during shift; Career progression within the company.
