#### **(Stellen\-ID: 2243\)** #### **Role description:** As a Test\&Calibration professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, which ensure accurate testing and calibration of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with test and measurement systems. * **Software system optimization**: Design, develop, and implement software solutions for test and calibration systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. * **Cross\-functional integration of test systems**: Partner with hardware, production, and engineering teams to define testing requirements and ensure seamless integration of test and calibration solutions. * **Performance\-driven automation**: Develop and deploy automated test scripts and tools that drive improvements in reliability, and calibration precision—leveraging modern development practices and technologies. * **On\-site system support**: Provide hands\-on support and troubleshooting for test and calibration systems on the production floor, ensuring minimal downtime and fostering real\-time collaboration with operations teams. * **Data accuracy \& system configuration**: Maintain and update critical test\-related software configurations and parameters in production systems, ensuring consistent data integrity and process stability. * **Technical documentation \& standardization**: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation—including software design records, calibration procedures, and user manuals—to support consistent and scalable use of test systems. #### **What we offer:** * A challenging and varied role in a forward\-looking company. * The opportunity to significantly shape the establishment and development of a new facility. * An international working environment with flat hierarchies and short decision\-making paths. * Attractive remuneration and extensive social benefits. #### **Your profile:** * **Educational Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or CET in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * **Work Experience:** Initial professional experience in software development for test and measurement systems. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in programming languages such as C\+\+, Python, or similar; knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. * **Language Skills:** Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills. * **Personal Attributes:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
