**Objectives:** The Association of Night Shelters of Porto (Albergues do Porto) is seeking a Driver for its Temporary Accommodation Centers in Porto – Cedofeita and Campanhã, which accommodate People Experiencing Homelessness. **Responsibilities:** \- Drive light vehicles and ensure their proper maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness; \- Perform loading and unloading of goods; \- Carry out external tasks as requested, following scheduled routes and ensuring timely delivery of documents or goods; \- Verify transportation documentation (delivery notes, order slips), confirming that goods match the order; \- Check the condition of transported products, particularly defects, preservation, and expiration dates; \- Organize and store goods according to instructions, using space efficiently; \- Distribute goods to respective usage departments; \- Assist in the surveillance and reception services for people and goods; **Requirements:** \- Valid Class B Driver's License; \- Previous experience in similar roles (preferable); \- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; \- Organizational skills, including planning, adaptability, and control; \- Ability to manage time according to work plans and priorities; \- Dynamic individual with sensitivity towards socially vulnerable populations; \- Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts; \- Good adaptability, empathy, and resilience; \- Teamwork skills and good interpersonal relations; \- Punctuality and regular attendance. **Conditions:** \- Indefinite-term employment contract covering absence leave; \- Full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week; \- Daytime working hours with weekends and holidays off; \- Base salary: 892€/month; \- Meal allowance: 5€/day; \- Hierarchical and functional reporting to the Shared Services Coordinator; \- Immediate hiring. **Selection Process:** Applications, including *Curriculum Vitae*, cover letter, and two references, should be sent to Rui Ferreira at rui.ferreira@alberguesdoporto.org by October 21, 2025, indicating the reference AP\_Driver in the subject line.
