If you are a professional with a passion for people management and process and results optimization, this is your opportunity to make your mark. * **Work location: Avisabor (Pardilhó, Estarreja)** * **Schedule: Night shiftFunctions:** * Defining production plans/scheduling and sequencing of products and lines; * Managing requirements for movement or transfer of orders between Group slaughter units; * Loading and validating production orders in MES; * Analyzing customer orders from GMS and Distribution Centers and converting them into production plans; * Analyzing raw material and processed product inventories to adjust production plans and manage raw material and auxiliary needs; * Preparing slaughter, chicken and turkey deboning plans according to previously established daily production schedules; * Creating production line plans considering production and customer requirements and specifications; * Communicating with all production lines, collecting production data, and adjusting or advancing production plans; * Monitoring process indicators (% plan compliance) for adjustments to production/packaging plans; * Updating article master data/planning support tables; * Participating in the design and development of new products; * Managing and ensuring product batch requirements (FIFO and FEFO); * Ensuring traceability procedures and food defense; * Communicating with the general packaging warehouse regarding actions, production changes or consumption adjustments; * Complying/enforcing Integrated Management System strategies, methodologies and functions implemented (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety). **Requirements:** * Technical or Higher Education in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar fields; * Experience in industrial environment; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, 45001 and IFS standards; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools focused on process optimization; * Good command of English; * Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, resilient and proactive.
