Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician (M/F) responsible for developing and maintaining quality programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring excellence of products and services. Participating in internal and external audits to maintain certifications We are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F), responsible for developing and maintaining our quality programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to ensure excellence of our products and services. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct product testing and control during manufacturing and on finished products according to process specifications and quality requirements; \- Identify and report any non-conformities related to raw materials and finished products; \- Analyze and test customer-returned materials and identify root causes; \- Calibrate, maintain, and clean laboratory instruments and equipment; \- Perform finished product control, approving it, scheduling rework, or designating it for scrap; \- Receive raw materials and update computer systems; \- Review self-checks, reporting anomalies and suggesting corrective actions; \- Investigate customer complaints related to quality, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; \- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or other sector-specific standards; \- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain certifications; \- Prepare and maintain quality control records, including inspection reports and audit reports; \- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable standards and regulations; \- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality procedures and best practices. **Job Requirements:** \- Higher education degree in Chemical Engineering or Technical training in Quality/Production; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial/Quality field (preferred); \- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations; \- Knowledge of complaint handling; \- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System; \- Knowledge of measurement equipment management **What We Offer:** \- Opportunity to join a multinational company of national origin experiencing strong growth; \- Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance.
