Job Summary: Blink House is seeking a professional to prepare architectural studies and projects, manage construction costs, and supervise construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description/Responsibilities: \- Preparation of architectural studies and projects; \- Preparation of construction cost estimates/budgets and work quantity schedules; \- Development of strategies to keep construction costs within the project budget; \- Contacting partners and suppliers and requesting price quotations; \- Negotiating prices with suppliers; \- Supervising awarded projects during design and construction phases; \- Monitoring ongoing construction costs. Required Competencies: \- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; \- 3D modeling and rendering software; \- Planning and organizational skills; \- Valid driver's license.
