Act as gatekeeper for P2P platform by verifying contract paperwork. **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Manage the day\-to\-day operational framework of the IT vendor landscape, tracking metrics and handling commercial escalations; * Maintain the centralized IT contract pipeline daily, tracking renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations to mitigate financial risk; * Own the compliance and structural tracking of complex enterprise software agreements to identify optimization levers ahead of renewals; * Act as the gatekeeper for the P2P platform by verifying and uploading contract paperwork and purchase order documentation. **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, or IT Contract Compliance; * Strong operational understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and consumption\-based cloud subscription models; * Proven background in contract negotiation, vendor governance, and familiarity with modern S2P or P2P platforms (example: SAP Ariba, Coupa); * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and an assertive communicator capable of managing vendor accountability; * Strong collaborative mindset to act as a supportive partner to internal product teams.
