Someone who understands that technology can simplify processes, connect teams, and enhance our customers' experience. If you enjoy transforming data into decisions and automation into results, we want to meet you. Your responsibilities will include: \- Implementing integrations between internal systems and digital platforms. \- Automating tasks and workflows (Pipedrive, forms, dashboards, etc.). \- Supporting the development and maintenance of our website and the DIVARQ platform. \- Ensuring data-to-performance linkage, supporting data-driven decision-making based on metrics. \- Collaborating with architecture, engineering, marketing, and administration teams to build digital bridges across departments. What we are looking for: \- Proficiency in web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar). \- Knowledge of automation tools (Make, APIs, integrations). \- Experience with Pipedrive. \- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. \- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the digital transformation of Escala Absoluta.
