Proactivity, organization, and sense of responsibility We are a growing consulting firm located in Pedrulha, Coimbra, operating across various sectors, and we aim to expand our team by hiring an Administrative Assistant, preferably meeting the following requirements: Professional experience in secretarial work, including archiving and document organization, as well as face-to-face and telephone customer service; Accounting knowledge; English language proficiency; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.; Proactivity, organizational ability, good memory, and sense of responsibility.
