Opportunities for professional development and acquisition of skills. #### **About the Mold, Punch and Cutting Tool Fitter Role** We seek professionals with experience in bench metalworking, maintenance and repair of molds and industrial tools, possessing a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail. **FUNCTION MISSION** Ensure maintenance, repair, modification, and assembly of molds, punches, cutting tools, gauges, and production support tools, guaranteeing their proper operation, compliance with technical specifications, and equipment availability for production operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform second- and third-level maintenance operations on molds, punches, cutting tools, gauges, and production support tools. * Carry out modifications on mold plates and male die boxes using appropriate materials and equipment. * Use measuring and control instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Operate equipment such as milling machines, lathes, radial drills, grinders, sanders, cutting saws, and deburring machines. * Perform welding operations whenever necessary. * Carry out assembly, adjustment, and fine-tuning of mechanical components and tools. Requirements: * **Proven experience in bench metalworking and use of milling machines, lathes, and radial drills (mandatory requirement).** * Experience using grinders, sanders, cutting saws, deburring machines, and welding equipment (preferred qualification). * **Experience using measuring instruments, particularly calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional control equipment (mandatory requirement).** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance of molds and tools. * Sense of responsibility, precision, and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments in the factory. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. **WE OFFER** * Integration into a solid and growing company in the industrial sector. * Initial training and on-the-job technical mentoring. * Integration into a specialized and technically qualified team. * Participation in a critical area for productive operations. * Opportunities for professional development and acquisition of specialized technical skills.
