We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the brand's communication and marketing strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across all channels. Responsibilities: \- Define and execute the brand's marketing plan aligned with business objectives. \- Planning, organization, and monitoring of events, trainings, and brand activations. \- Management and growth of social media (planning, content, and reporting). \- Continuous updating and optimization of the website and blog, focusing on SEO and lead generation. \- Creation and management of email marketing campaigns and newsletters. \- Monitoring of metrics and results, including reporting and improvement proposals. \- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand image consistency. Candidate Profile: \- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. \- Proven experience in digital marketing and events. \- Knowledge of social media, SEO, and CRM. \- Creative and strategic mindset, results-oriented. \- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
