We strongly emphasize digital innovation to provide reliable data that enables cost optimization and improved equipment utilization, complementing our offering with a comprehensive portfolio of services: consulting, maintenance, fleet management, training, and more. **We are expanding our Mobile Assistance team to support operations at Porto Airport, hiring a:** **Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician** =================================================== **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on GSE in accordance with HiSERV quality standards and manufacturer specifications * Strictly comply with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations * Operate GSE as well as commercial and light vehicles for testing and diagnostic purposes * Conduct technical visits and interventions at client facilities to ensure equipment operational readiness * Availability for preventive and ad-hoc interventions on a 24x7 basis whenever operationally required * Loading and unloading of equipment * Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workplace, equipment, and workshop * Independently record and document performed tasks **Required Profile:** * Experience as a mechanic, preferably with GSE or industrial equipment * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics * Ability to diagnose and resolve faults across various types of motorized equipment * Familiarity with maintenance plans and technical procedures * Knowledge of workshop safety standards and best practices * Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and robust problem-solving skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally across Europe (for training and assignments) * Valid driver's license and authorization to operate airport equipment **We Offer:** * Professional, collaborative work environment with flat hierarchies * Permanent employment contract with an international, growing company * Competitive remuneration aligned with role and demonstrated experience * Individualized and continuous training tailored to the employee's profile * Opportunities for technical and professional advancement within the company. * Health insurance
