




Job Summary: Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring high service levels for internal customers and achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Promote safety and organization within the facilities. **Warehouse Coordinator (m/f)** **MISSION** Ensure operational management of warehouses (parts and materials), guaranteeing a high level of service to internal customers, as well as achievement of predefined objectives, rules, and procedures established by the company. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure operational management of warehouses (parts and materials), guaranteeing a high level of service to internal customers and achievement of predefined objectives: * Coordinate, supervise, and train operational and administrative teams to ensure the warehouse’s overall service level; * Coordinate processes related to goods receipt, verification, registration, storage, inventory, and preservation of material and parts stock; * Monitor and coordinate warehouse outbound logistics processes; * Promote and coordinate periodic warehouse inventory processes and their respective system entries. Ensure archive management and physical inventory of documentation supporting goods movements; * Promote implementation and compliance with established safety standards for goods and personnel handling, and other warehouse activities; * Ensure continuous cleanliness of facilities, particularly in organizing and safely storing received goods. * Ensure correct warehouse stock replenishment, being responsible for: + Analyzing MRP proposals; + Monitoring requisitions submitted to Procurement; Identifying solutions (local and import-based) to minimize stockouts. + **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management (preferred); * Additional training and/or knowledge in Logistics, Warehouse Management, and SAP – WM (Warehouse Management) and MRP (Material Resource Planning) modules. * Minimum of 8–10 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * International experience (preferred); * Proficiency in English (mandatory); * Proficiency in French (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP; Knowledge of component identification tools for vehicles and/or equipment. * **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Communication effectiveness; * Leadership and team motivation; * Teamwork; * Analysis and problem solving; * Decision-making ability; * Ability to work under constant pressure; Versatility, flexibility, and dynamism. * **Work Location**: Porto
