Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator (Milling) to operate machinery, adjust dosing equipment, replenish storage tanks, package products, and manage flour transfers. Key Highlights: 1. Initial and ongoing training We are recruiting a Production Operator (Milling) for the Braço de Prata area. Responsibilities: - Operate mixing machines; - Adjust raw material dosing equipment according to the desired final product; - Replenish the mixer’s feed tank with appropriate raw materials; - Ensure product packaging; - Operate various packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions; - Manage flour transfers between concrete silos and packaging line storage tanks under operation. Requirements: - Prior experience in this role; - Availability to work rotating shifts (7:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00). Offer: - Base salary (€920) + Shift allowance (€230) + Meal allowance (€8.80); - Working hours – continuous operation: work five days per week with one weekday day off, with weekly shift rotation; upon returning to the first shift, employees enjoy Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off; - Employment contract; - Initial and ongoing training; - Opportunity to join a stable and growing team.
