Continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System **Location:**Felgueiras, PT Felgueiras, Felgueiras, PT **Job Family:** Manufacturing **Country/Region:** Portugal **The Challenge:** Ensure occupational health surveillance and fitness assessment, control occupational health-related risks, ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, and provide clinical support to health prevention activities. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct examinations and assessments within the scope of occupational health surveillance, in accordance with the company's Occupational Health Plan; * Collaborate in identifying, assessing, and controlling physical, biological, chemical, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks, proposing and monitoring preventive and corrective measures; * Monitor and analyze Occupational Health indicators; * Ensure structured absenteeism follow-up, identifying trends and proposing mitigation actions; * Participate in incident and occupational accident investigation and analysis; * Collaborate in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001; * Assess employees' clinical, personal, and social aspects, promoting their well-being and appropriate support; * Plan, develop, and implement training and awareness initiatives on health, ergonomics, risk prevention, and psychosocial risks; * Develop workplace health and well-being promotion programs (e.g., health campaigns, disease prevention, and promotion of healthy lifestyles); * Collaborate in emergency management and provision of first aid in the workplace; * Ensure recording of relevant clinical information in compliance with legal and data protection requirements. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Additional qualification in Occupational Health Nursing (mandatory); * Proven experience in industrial occupational health settings (mandatory); * Training as a Senior HSE Technician (an advantage); * Strong communication skills, ability to deliver training, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work effectively in teams; * High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and professional ethics; * Good knowledge of computer tools; * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement; * Autonomy, technical rigor, and sense of responsibility. **Other Requirements:** * Experience in implementing and monitoring the ISO 45001 standard; * Experience in ergonomics applied to the workplace; * Experience in analyzing and managing health and safety indicators; * Solid knowledge of occupational risk assessment, including psychosocial risks; * Intermediate level of English language proficiency. *Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
