Job Summary: Vinho & Tretas is seeking a dynamic individual to strengthen the team, supporting snack preparation and ensuring kitchen hygiene in an environment of excellence and regional gastronomy. Teamwork and focus on regional gastronomy Vinho \& Tretas is a reference venue in Vila Real that combines a gourmet wine shop with a restaurant specializing in traditional snacks and regional wines. We are looking for a dynamic person to reinforce our team and help maintain our high standard of service to customers. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking traditional snacks and dishes (mise\-en\-place). Cleaning and organizing work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Assisting with goods reception and storage. Desired Profile: Previous experience in similar roles (preferred). Passion for regional gastronomy. Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Sense of responsibility and team spirit. Availability to work flexible hours (the venue typically operates between 09:00 and 18:00\).
