We seek an agile individual with strong practical sense and the ability to independently resolve problems. Responsibilities Laundry Logistics: Delivery and collection of laundry kits at properties. Cleaning Support: Restocking consumables and providing logistical support to cleaning teams. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (Basic): Minor interventions (e.g., replacing light bulbs, adjusting handles, checking remote control batteries, minor plumbing or Wi-Fi adjustments). Message Management: Addressing ad-hoc guest or operational needs. Candidate Profile Availability: Mandatory on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Autonomy: Ability to perform tasks without constant supervision. Tools: Basic knowledge of domestic maintenance. Logistics: Valid Category B driving license. Terms Contract Type: Service provision. Remuneration: Competitive compensation commensurate with responsibilities performed. For this role, the CV is the least important.
