This role combines strong technical expertise with team leadership, making it ideal for professionals with solid fullstack development experience, system architecture knowledge, and experience guiding technical teams in collaborative, high-demand environments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of **8 years of C# .NET development experience** (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core). * Practical experience with **CMS/DXP platforms**, such as **Optimizely**, **Umbraco**, or equivalents. * **Solid experience with React, Next.js, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL** * Strong experience in **technical leadership of development teams**. * Proven ability to make **architectural decisions and define technical standards**. * Experience designing **scalable architectures and microservice-based solutions**. * Knowledge of **DevOps and automation**, including **GitHub workflows/actions**. * Software engineering mindset, with emphasis on performance and problem-solving. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
