As the Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for defining the brand’s storytelling, inspiring a team of talented creators, and driving bold ideas that connect with audiences across markets. What You’ll Do Set and evolve the brand’s creative direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and emotional impact across all touchpoints. Transform strategic ideas into creative concepts, writing and ideating for campaigns, social media, and brand activations. Take part in production, leading photo and video shoots from concept to on\-set direction to guarantee strong visual and narrative coherence. Lead major campaigns, including product launches, partnerships, and seasonal initiatives, from ideation to execution. Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, retail, and customer experience channels. Inspire and guide creative teams, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and excellence in every project. Stay ahead of trends, identifying cultural and digital shifts to keep the brand’s creative expression fresh and relevant. About You Degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related area (preferred). Proven track record in creative leadership, with experience defining brand identity and content strategy. Strong writing and conceptual development skills. Portfolio that shows both strategic direction and hands\-on creative work. Experience in photo/video production, storyboarding, and scripting. Confident leading cross\-functional projects and motivating creative teams. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable working in English.
