Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to support the Squad in adopting Agile, facilitating efficient workflow, collaboration, and removal of impediments. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a change agent for new ways of working **Scrum Master (M/F \- Hybrid)** \#Scrum\#Change\#AgileCeremonies\# In practice, your day\-to\-day As a **Scrum Master**, your mission is to support the Squad in adopting and adapting the **Agile** way of working according to its values, principles, practices, and tools, and to ensure the team maintains an efficient, focused, and continuous workflow. Your main responsibilities include: Being responsible for organizing the Squad’s workflow; Facilitating the Squad’s Agile ceremonies and rituals to create an effective and collaborative environment smoothly; Coordinating the team during sprints, providing them with a safe and positive environment to deliver effective work; Managing team conflicts to enhance overall team efficiency; Focusing on removing obstacles and impediments from the team to ensure iterative and rapid delivery, thereby creating high\-value products; Assisting the team in effectively managing the Product Backlog together with the Product Owner and supporting planning for the next sprint; Actively participating in the life and ceremonies of the teams you belong to (Squad, Tribe \& Chapter), consistently sharing Agile values and principles; Acting as a change agent for new ways of working, efficient communication, and interaction among different stakeholders.
