Participation in continuous improvement projects A growing industrial and logistics company seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Warehouse Manager (M/F) for the Benfica area of Lisbon. We seek a professional with leadership ability, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth logistics operations and effective warehouse team management. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate the logistics team, organizing daily and weekly warehouse activity planning; • Supervise goods receipt, verification, storage, picking, and dispatch processes; • Issue transport waybills, shipping documents, and record returns when necessary; • Conduct and monitor periodic inventories (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual); • Participate in continuous improvement projects for logistics operations; • Manage work schedules, vacations, and staff substitutions, fostering a productive and motivating environment; • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities; • Guarantee compliance with internal standards, particularly in quality and occupational safety; • Support implementation of safety measures and collaborate in organizing internal safety teams (training provided by the company). Required Profile • Minimum education level: 12th grade; • Experience coordinating or supervising operational teams; • Practical and operational profile (primarily in a warehouse environment); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); • Experience using ERP systems; • Strong communication, organizational, and responsibility skills; • Initiative, autonomy, and dynamism.
