Job Summary: Bed and Sun is seeking a Financial Control talent to join our team, responsible for short-term rental registrations, accounting coordination, and diverse financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive financial management and billing control 2. Coordination with accounting, reservations, and property owners 3. Accounting support and payroll processing Bed and Sun is a short-term rental management company with offices in Vilamoura, operating since 2015 in the areas of Quarteira, Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo, and Quinta do Lago. We are currently looking for a new Financial Control talent to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Short-Term Rental Registrations (Business Start-up, Coordination with Insurance Brokers, Responses and Coordination with the Municipal Council, and License Control) \- Coordination with Accounting \- Coordination with the Reservations Department \- Cash Fund Management \- Management and Control of Diverse Billing \- Organization and Collection of Commissions from Property Owners \- Organization and Collection of Maintenance and Cleaning Expenses from Property Owners (in coordination with the Maintenance Team and Service Managers) \- Monthly Submission of SAF-T Files \- Accounting Support to Property Owners \- Payroll Processing \- Budget Control, Strategy, and Planning \- Management of Current Accounts, Suppliers, Customers, and Others **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Finance; \- Good command of English (comprehension, speaking, and writing); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; \- Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; \- Team spirit and sense of responsibility; \- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail; \- Ability to work well under pressure; \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. **Other Information:** \- Indefinite-term employment contract; \- 40-hour workweek, with weekends off; \- Immediate availability.
