We are looking for a creative and multidisciplinary Educational Content Multimedia Designer with experience in developing digital content for learning and training contexts. We seek an individual with strong visual sensitivity, proficiency in design tools and eLearning competencies, capable of transforming educational content into attractive, accessible, and effective digital experiences. ###### **Core Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Audiovisuals, Web Design, or related fields; * Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) for Trainers or proof of enrollment in the same; * Proven experience in graphic design, web design, and/or development of multimedia content applied to pedagogical contexts; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere, for designing and editing graphic, image, and video content; * Basic knowledge of motion design and graphic animation for creating more engaging content (Adobe After Effects); * Web Design and HTML skills, as well as experience creating, updating, and managing web pages, with particular emphasis on platforms such as Moodle and NAU; * Creative thinking and aesthetic sensitivity in visual communication; * Ability to collaborate with pedagogical, technical, and production teams; * Strong organizational and deadline-management skills for handling multiple simultaneous projects; * Critical thinking and attention to detail when reviewing visual and technical content; * Ability to transform complex content into clear, accessible, and appealing visual materials; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills within digital production contexts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience creating, adapting, and developing eLearning content, preferably using Articulate 360; * Solid knowledge of web accessibility and usability, aligned with W3C guidelines; * Familiarity with tools for creating dynamic multimedia content and visual resources (e.g., Vyond, Canva, Genially, HeyGen, or similar); * Experience optimizing content for various formats and devices (responsive design); * Ability to integrate multimedia elements into Learning Management Systems (LMS); * Basic knowledge of UX/UI applied to digital learning; * Experience adapting content for audiences with varying levels of digital literacy. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering five areas, including psychology) * Birthday and seniority gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal offering attractive deals
