We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in **Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)** and **DevSecOps** practices. The primary objective of this role is to **design, implement, and lead end-to-end automation of the client's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**, integrating AI tools, code assistants, and autonomous AI agents. This person will serve as the execution arm of technological transformation, ensuring that AI is securely and efficiently integrated across all stages—from planning and coding through testing and deployment. ##### **Responsibilities:** * **AI Tool Implementation:** Configure, integrate, and scale the daily use of AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor) and autonomous agent platforms within engineering teams. * **CI/CD Pipeline Automation:** Develop and optimize pipelines using AI techniques for early failure detection, automated deployments, and intelligent orchestration. * **Autonomous Quality Assurance and Testing:** Implement AI tools for automatic generation of test cases, regression testing, and synthetic data creation (*synthetic data*). * **AI-Assisted Code and Architecture Review:** Integrate AI solutions into the *Code Review* process to enforce architectural standards, enable automatic refactoring, and detect *code smells*. * **Security and DevSecOps:** Ensure AI tools automate vulnerability analysis in code (SAST/DAST) without compromising the security of critical infrastructure. * **Governance and Monitoring:** Implement security *guardrails* to ensure ethical AI usage, protect customer data privacy (preventing code leaks to public LLMs), and control AI API costs. **Core Requirements:** * **Solid DevSecOps / Platform Experience:** Advanced experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). * **Practical Experience with Applied GenAI:** Technical proficiency in integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), and AI-assisted development tools. * **Strong Software Engineering Knowledge:** Robust background in software development (Python, Java, Node.js or similar) and architectural patterns. * **Data Security Focus:** Experience ensuring AI security and compliance (e.g., configuring *on\-premise* models or private cloud instances to protect IP). * **Automation Mindset:** A professional focused on eliminating repetitive tasks and optimizing team *Time\-to\-Market*. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and tenure gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
