Improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Innovation requirements **Candidates must meet the following requirements:** * Higher education is appropriate to the function * Experience in similar functions in an industrial environment * Mastery of negotiation techniques, tools and market solutions in procurement management (e\-procurement, e\-sourcing, outsourcing ...) * Knowledge of the different commercial activities in terms of economic constraints, organization * Optimization of purchasing performance thanks to his knowledge of project management methods and information systems. * Good knowledge of English and/or French. * Good communication skills, work team and managing people Curiosity and responsiveness are key drivers Collaborate in the elaboration of Reporting. * **Reporting to the Plant Manager, this professional will have the key responsibilities:** * Ensure reporting to your hierarchical and / or functional responsibility * Manage the purchasing process according to the stipulated rules, ensuring the acquisition of materials that meet the required requirements, in a timely manner and at the lowest possible cost * Ensure the sustainability of the actions undertaken * Improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Innovation requirements, performance with suppliers * Propose standardization solutions, process modifications or technical/material changes to achieve quality and cost objectives (ecotech) * Manage disputes during the life of the series (price difference VS order price, claim fees) and negotiating price increases in coordination with buyers of raw materials or local coordinators of goods and services * Develop a long\-term relationship with suppliers * Participate in the audit and evaluation of suppliers in collaboration with the quality department (quality audit) and the logistics purchasing department (logistic audit)
