Committed to creating an inclusive workplace ROLE: Campaign Support \& Execution: Support the implementation, management and continuous improvement of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting: Analyse key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist the team with performance dashboards and ongoing reporting to support data\-driven decision\-making. Market \& Competitor Research: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine advertising strategies for greater effectiveness. Creative \& Copy Coordination: Work alongside design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages suited to various audiences and channels. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar fields (preferred); Prior experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (at least 2 years of experience); Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to build expertise in performance marketing; Solid analytical abilities and attention to detail; Fluent in Portuguese and capable of working independently in English; Strong team player with an independent, proactive and responsible attitude; Good organizational and administrative skills.
