Summary: Assist in setting up, managing, and enhancing performance marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and supporting strategic analysis and content collaboration. Highlights: 1. Committed to fostering equal opportunities ROLE: Campaign Assistance \& Implementation: Assist in the setup, management and enhancement of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Tracking \& Analysis: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and periodic reporting to ensure insight\-driven decisions. Market \& Competitor Analysis: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help improve advertising strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative \& Content Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or related fields (preferred) Previous experience or expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required) Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to advance in performance marketing Good analytical skills and attention to accuracy Proficient in Portuguese and comfortable working in English Real team\-player \- Autonomous, self\-motivated and responsible Good planning skills OFFER: A dynamic and stimulating environment with opportunities for learning, advancement, and growth; Salary aligned with demonstrated experience; Employee discounts, health insurance, and other perks.
