They set up the entire stack: WDA certificate signing, session stability, reconnection handling on dropouts. This is 70% of the project's complexity. Fullstack/Node.js developer — web interface: stream grid, click and keyboard input forwarding, operator authorization. Mid\-level is sufficient. Also we need help setting up this infrastructure: iPhones → Mac mini (USB hub). All devices are connected to the Mac mini via USB. The Mac mini is the only machine that can "talk" to iOS devices at a low level. WebDriverAgent (WDA) on each iPhone. This is Apple's testing agent, installed via Xcode. It accepts commands: taps, swipes, text input, launching apps. Essentially — the "hands." Appium on the Mac mini. The orchestrator: maintains sessions with all iPhones through WDA and provides a unified API. One Appium server instance per device (different ports). Video stream.
