We extend our technology and business capabilities through a powerful alliance ecosystem of market leaders and innovators to provide our clients the best specialized skills and tailored solutions. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Técnico Sénior Linux / Wintel.** As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for administer, configure, and maintain **Linux and Windows Server systems in physical, virtual, and cloud settings.** **Qualifications** * \+5 years of experience in **administration of both Linux and Windows Server** operating systems in enterprise environments. * Advanced knowledge in **managing Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and upcoming 2025 versions.** * Proficient in **Linux distributions** including SUSE, Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux, and Solaris. * Strong experience in **Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, trust relationships, and internal certificate management.** * Hands\-on experience with **Red Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager, Oracle Linux Manager, and patching solutions.** * Advanced **scripting skills** in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. * Solid understanding of **virtualization technologies** including VMware (ESXi, SRM, NSX, vRealize), Oracle VM, and Hyper\-V. * Experience with **Citrix solutions** including XenDesktop and XenApp. * Familiar with **storage and backup technologies** in hybrid and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS). * Fluent in **Portuguese**, with advanced technical **English**. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement complex **Windows\-based solutions** in large\-scale enterprise environments. * Administer, configure, and maintain **Linux and Windows Server systems** in physical, virtual, and cloud settings. * Enforce and manage **OS\-level security policies, updates, and patches.** * **Automate administrative tasks** using scripting languages and system management tools such as SCCM, Red Hat Satellite, and OSMH. * Monitor **system performance and conduct capacity planning and analysis.** * Participate in **server migration, virtualization, and consolidation projects.** * Document technical procedures and produce status and capacity reports. **Nice to Have** * Experience in **hybrid cloud deployments and infrastructure as code.** * Familiarity with **advanced backup strategies and enterprise storage integration.** * Understanding of **compliance standards** and **security hardening practices.** * **Relevant certifications desired:** RHCE, LPIC\-2/3, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Server\+. * Intermediate to advanced **Spanish**. **Additional Information** * **Location**: Lisbon or Porto * **Working Model**: Hybrid
